Southern Plant Nursery uses a human-mediated ordering process, not an automated checkout. When you submit an order enquiry from a product page, we create a pending record of your request and generate a reference number for it — this is not a confirmed order, and no payment is taken or requested at this step.

Submitting an enquiry opens a WhatsApp conversation with our team, who review the details with you directly, confirm availability, and agree the final order, delivery details, and any payment arrangement with you personally. No part of this confirmation step is automated, and we do not send automated WhatsApp messages.

This platform does not process payments and does not store any payment details. Payment, if applicable, is arranged directly with our team as part of the WhatsApp conversation, outside this website.

If you create an account, you're responsible for keeping your login details secure and for the accuracy of the contact and delivery information you provide. Please let us know promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

If something isn't right with an order, a plant, or your account, you can reach our support team through your account's Support Center or via WhatsApp. Support requests are reviewed and responded to by our team — not by an automated or AI-driven system.

Please use this site honestly — don't submit false order or application information, attempt to access another customer's account or data, or misuse the enquiry/application forms to send unrelated or abusive content.

We may update the catalogue, features, or these terms from time to time as the platform grows. If we make a material change to how ordering works, we'll update this page to reflect it.
